The Bad Boy’s Club: Ferrari 458 Italia Siracusa by Mansory
The Club decided to hold an emergency meeting……..
“We now bring this meeting to order…the first order of business is the Ferrari 458 Italia by Kourosh Mansory who masterminds the artisans in Brand, Germany. A most formidable rendition if I must say so. Mansory magic is worked for clients all over the globe; each and every example of their work becomes a highly sought after collectible….because it is of an extremely-limited series…..totally bespoke. With all of that said we can now examine this beauty.”
The Mansory Siracusa is based on the Ferrari 458 Italia. “This hot-blooded Italian” rolled onto the stage at the Frankfurt Auto Show September 2013…..and stole the show! Its named after the famous race track in Sicily, Italy.
The Ferrari was already clad with carbon-fibre in its build and Kourosh Mansory took up where they left off. Each single element of the aerodynamic design is manufactured in perfect surface quality and exactly fitted to the car.
The striking redesign of the front end generates additional downforce. The front apron has redesigned air intakes to ventilate the front coolers. The side skirts are not only avant-garde but also increase airflow to the engine compartment. The rear diffuser and new back skirt stabilize the rear during high velocities and combined with the rear wing, generates contact pressure at the rear axle. Mansory carbon blades replace the rear window.
The cabin is majestically transformed by glove-soft leather, ultra-suede, and carbon-fibre. The Mansory style is as luxurious as it is sporty. The Mansory attention to detail is evident in the meticulous fit and finish.
Mansory boosts the performance with a new engine management system, a sports air filter, and a stainless steel high performance exhaust system with tuned silencers. The engine cranks out 590 hp with peak torque of 560 Nm after the Mansory magic is worked. The Siracusa sprints from 0-62 in a mere 3.2 seconds.
The suspension is retuned to Mansory specs. Four sports anti-shocks combined with progressively winded lowering springs is the remedy. The center of gravity is lowered, as the suspension is 20 mm lower than the factory Ferrari. Mansory is faithful with the staggered tire configuration. This gives the car an athletic stance as well as optimized traction. Forged rims measuring 9×20” on the front axle with 11×21” on the rear axle and are mated to Michelin PS2 tires sized 245/35 ZR20 up front and 305/30 ZR21 fitted to the rear. “Now we move onto new business:”
“After this very informative and satisfying meeting, we now adjourn……..Ciao!”
