I owe you the story to this! I got excited and posted the photos first! There were only 136 Hess & Eisenhardt Lincoln Mark V limousines. Ford authorized one color;  Presidential Black. Hess & Eisenhardt is located in the beautiful Midwest in Cincinnati, Ohio They have made professional cars for many many years. Frank Sinatra had one of these.
