The Gallardo series made a name for itself as the most successful super sports car in Automobili Lamborghini history. From the launch of the 2nd generation at the 2012 Paris Motorshow, the more aggressive and extreme Gallardo LP 560-4 and the 570-4 Edizione Tecnica sport permanent all-wheel drive and newly designed front and rear styling. Each of the six Gallardo models now has its own identity, and could be customized through Lamborghini’s Ad Personam program for a completely unique vehicle. The MSRP for the Gallardo LP 560-4 is $198,000.

The Gallardo LP 560-4 and the LP 570-4 Edizione Tecnica has typical Lamborghini styling cues characterized by triangular and trapezoidal shapes, a unique geometry completely asymmetric  giving a fiercely aggressive stance. Larger more efficient air intakes ahead of the front wheels provide cooling air to the brakes. The LP 570-4 rides on 19” Apollo-polished alloy wheels painted matt black with precision-machined spokes in polished silver.

The triangular/trapezoidal symmetries repeat for the highly distinctive rear end styling. Thermodynamic efficiency is optimized through the use of a wider air outlet. A new styling package includes high-gloss black paint work to the underside of the front spoiler, front and rear grilles and the transverse element of the rear trim makes the Gallardo LP 560-4 a ferocious looking supercar.

All Gallardo series use Lamborghini’s permanent all-wheel drive for excellent traction and stability at high speeds. The engine burns cleaner with fewer emissions and fuel economy was increased by 18% over the previous model. The Gallardo series went through an evolution of refinement during its production run.
